I won’t be doing this workout but I will grab a few exercises from the list. For now I do push-ups, pull-ups and squats. I do a number of variations. I’ll be trying the prisoner squat as well as the “explosive” push-up to add a little more intensity. I am a huge fan of jumping squats too.
